Surrendering to the Detail

It’s interesting how emotion ties us to memories

Sometimes I try to remember a specific detail from even a few years ago & I can’t seem to remember

It's as if I only remember things that made me feel deeply or affected me greatly

All of the in between just fades away

This realization reminds me to keep life in perspective- letting go of getting caught up in the nuances. Surrendering to life's daily trivialities

The stressors, obstacles, money blocks... I won't even remember the filler one day. The details just fade in the background

I'm glad I have so many loving memories branded within me

I'm grateful for everyone & everything that’s given me such good energy & still graces their presence through past memories held within my heart
