We were cosmic forces colliding

Of yes and of no, between I feel and I don’t know

Of Soul and Ego, between Stop and Let go

Together

We were darkness and light, beauty and might

Forgiveness and slight, in day and in night

So I implore you to now please

Search me my eyes and discover my truths

Uncover my lies and shake me my roots

Strip me of clothing and gaze upon me nude

Disarm my defenses and touch me in solitude

I am the embers that persist in your chest

I am the voice the beguiles you best

I am my tongue, my fingers, my limbs

That will dance with yours

If brushed by your skin

If you will, I will promise you this:

No one but you—only You—will exist.
