Sunshine and Roses
Love's Sweet Anticipation
Sunshine and roses,
Dancing in the heart,
Daffodils and rainbows,
Twirling around my head.
Time is drawing closer
Till the day we meet,
Excitement's boiling over,
Love is on the mind.
I want to hug you and embrace you.
Kiss you and love you.
There’s so much to do,
Yet so little time,
Till once again,
I’ll have to say goodbye.
