Suns and lovers

Love takes a form

In a hammock

by the fish pond

naked - alone

I pose for the sun

body arched In surrender

to this uncommon lover

*

outstretched fingertips

Begging the story unfold

*

With bare thighs spread wide in anticipation

A sudden coolness startles my eyes to open

Above me you stand a shadowed erection

The sun has come to life in you

*

My first instinct is to smile so it must be right

Feeling at home where sunbathed lovers might

The hammock embracing our bodies gist

Forging a home to bask in it's tranquil bliss

A home sublimely filled with illumination

The sun, my lover, this hammock, my home

love poems
