SUNRISE / SUNSET
Only the photographer knows

I’m rarely awake for a sunrise.
I enjoy my morning sleep.
But, sunsets! Ah those sunsets,
Are photos I can keep.
But when looking at other’s photos,
I can’t help but surmise
Am I seeing a gorgeous sunset?
Or witnessing a sunrise?
Without being near the photographer,
Whose images his camera shows,
The only conjecture I can imagine is.
ONLY THE PHOTOGRPAHER KNOWS.
