Surface glinting, rays scattering
Undulating sunbeams cast aloft
Near yet far, glimmering, cascading
Light beneath cast above
In moments ever repeating, yet
Gone forever.
Helios' ephemeral embrace
Taken in and taken from, until nevermore.
