Love, a tapestry of sunrise hues,
Woven with laughter, dreams in vibrant thread,
But threads grow frayed, the sun descends, imbues
Shadows of doubt where whispered joy once bled.
Misunderstandings, thorns upon the rose,
Prick tender trust, and once-bright colors wane.
Unkind pronouncements, like a winter's doze,
Leave barren branches where desires sustain.
Yet, love's not meant to bask in endless light,
For darkness tests the strength of every seam.
Can we, hand in hand, through tempests fight,
And mend the tapestry beneath the moon's soft gleam?
Perhaps, with patience woven in the weft,
Love's dawn will rise, more beautiful than left.
