Thus saith the Lord
“ let there be Light” and there was,
and so good, it was.

Dark has no power
When you know that the moon’s light
Is cast from sun’s light

From the very start,
Light has chased away the Dark,
to start each new day

Sunlight spills on Dark,
Splatters onto the flat souls
who have been waiting
