In the broad expanse of sky’s embrace,
Where day and night find their place,
The sun, with golden rays so bright,
Feeds the moon with tender light.
From dawn till dusk, she shines so high,
Gifting beams to evening's sky.
The moon, in turn, receives her glow,
Reflecting love the night does show.
But shadows dance when worlds align,
An eclipse, a moment so divine.
The sun concealed, her light erased,
The moon awaits in patient grace.
In darkness, though her love remains,
A silent promise in the veins.
For even when the light is gone,
The bond between them still moves on.
As the veil of night does lift,
The sun returns with radiant gift.
She feeds the moon with light anew,
A cycle timeless, ever true
