Stuck in the Comfort Zone

The Dangers of Comfort

Do you ever feel stuck?

Like you fell in a trap?

Feel like you want to give up?

Like you'll never get back?

When you feel like you'll never amount to anything more

Than a song on the guitar, with only one chord

Lying in bed as you binge the new show

Letting your comfort interrupt in life's flow

While deep down you wish

That you could let go

And plant your potential

Like a tree that will grow

I'm telling you now

That you can make it so

Just believe in yourself

And see how it goes

You may find yourself on a beach

With sand at your toes

It's not out of reach, yet,

Nobody knows
