Stormy Night

In the midst of a stormy night,

When the wind howls with all its might,

I find a peace within my heart,

A place where all my fears depart.

The lightning flashes, and the thunder roars,

But in this darkness, I am not alone,

For within me, a light still shines,

A flicker of hope that never declines.

The rain pours down with all its might,

And yet, I stand tall and strong with might,

For in this storm, I find my power,

And the strength to face each passing hour.

For every storm will pass with time,

And the sun will once again shine,

And in the midst of every trial,

I will find my inner smile.
