Storms Don't Last Forever

Finding strength in the darkest of days

Amidst the darkness of the stormy skies,

The weight of the clouds above, heavy and wise,

It may seem like the pain will never cease,

But know that hope and light will soon increase.

The tempest may rage and beat us down,

The wind may howl and toss us around,

But in the midst of this chaos and despair,

I am here for you, my dear, I swear.

I'll be the light that shines through the night,

The strength that carries you through the fight,

For though the darkness may be strong,

We'll keep moving forward, keep holding on.

Though it seems like you're all alone,

Know that I am here, and I won't let go,

We'll face the storms and weather the tide,

And come out stronger, side by side.

The rain may pour, the thunder may boom,

But we'll dance in the rain, and sing our own tune,

For one day, the sun will shine bright,

And we'll bask in the glow, with all our might.

So hold on tight, my dear, don't let go,

For the winds of change will soon blow,

And when the skies clear, and the storm has passed,

We'll savor the fruit, together at last.
