A man did terrible things until he found a woman that through their love made him stop.
He went out of his way to not be a monster because his love did make him stop.
Then his love was gone and he went out of his way and his love could not make him stop.
He was kind and funny and cruel and loving and still he could not stop.
Then his woman showed up at the door and asked
"How could you be so cruel but loving and still not stop?"
He asked, "Do you know what a saint is?"
"Not really, no."
He said, "Well, I'm not one, but I sure as hell made you one."
And then, she could not stop.
