Planted on the reflective porch

A symbolic, flaming, burning torch

They all sit quietly, imitating peaceful doves

Watching flames do their seductive dance

Putting the youth into a tranquil trance

Knowing they all were outside playing a game

That could earn them fortune and fame

While others are prepared for tomorrow
