Sometimes our meals, that we prepare in vain,
Try to satisfy the cravings we have in our brain.
Instant oatmeal seems to be suddenly better.
Recipes failing, when lost in the letter
Disasterous feasts make, are those to avoid,
Other meals made that make you annoyed.
Now listen you, hear my attempt to tell
Taste much better than the way they smell..
Seek not processed recipes found in a book,
Tastefully personalize that which you cook,
Reasonably assures that when you chew
A delightful swallow, not a terrible spew.
Intensely flavored goodies that you can make,
Nothing better'n real... nothing worse'n fake.
