Do you ever feel like you are trapped in a terrible episode of a sitcom, and all that's missing is the laugh track? That's what the last eight days have felt like. If it weren't happening to me, by this point, I would have to admit it would actually be laughable. Vocal has a serious problem. I don't want to even conjecture as to what that is at this point because every time I think I know what has happened, my assumption is turned on its ear.

You probably already know I can't comment on my stories or other writers' stories. No contact back from Vocal since May 8, but I still get all the junk mail, of course. So, when I opened the Vocal newsletter, who did I see in the Creators We're Loving section? ME! I can't reply to anyone who sees that, clicks in, and reads my work. So it won't help much, as people like to interact with each other.

I have half a dozen poems ready and waiting to go for the Wonderland challenge, will they even get back to me this month? Is there even a human reading those emails, or was that a deranged bot that chirped at me to "confirm my email," and, being autistic, I answered wrong? So now I will never get a reply. That is an extremely common occurrence for me. Selecting a number doesn't work for me; I never make it to a human, and I only ever make it to the bed, melting down.

I am not on any other social media platforms, only Medium. I am active there, so if you are also a member on Medium, you can at least follow me there in the interim, while I am waiting on things to be sorted out here. Sorry to rant, but I was absolutely flabbergasted and had a minor meltdown over seeing myself there. I hope none of you have to deal with this issue.
