In this realm where the heart aligns.

A gentle pull, a cosmic tide,

Whispers of worlds where dreams reside.

Step Two-Concentrate on whats desired. You are the key that unlocks all doors.

Through veils of mist, I start to glide,

Past mountains high and rivers wide.

Each heartbeat echoes, a distant call,

As I step through the portal, beyond the wall.

Step Three-Levitating past everything, letting go of one realm to unlock a new door to a another.

Step Four-Turn the key to open the doors.

In colors unseen, the skies ignite,

Step Five-The realms might be brighter in color, the air cleaner,

With stars that dance in the velvet night.

Time surrenders, and space unwinds,

Step Six-Breath, you're okay.
