Every single trial and challenge

is a stepping-stone

towards a stronger life.

It just depends

on how we ‘see’ them.

Giving birth is one of the greatest challenges in life

and yet the ‘reward’ for going through it

is a beautiful and healthy baby.

Very few ‘challenges’ or ‘trials’

will be as painful or difficult

as giving birth,

but they are real nevertheless.

So you need to say:

“I will get through this!”

and be proud of yourself

when you do.

We can learn so much

when we go through these things

which will help us in our future lives.

You and I are capable

of creating for ourselves

a fantastic life but only if

we never give up and are proud of ourselves.
