"Why is it that you envy the stars?

Why the stark jealousy for things so far away in the sky?"

"Do you know how stars manage to burn so bright?

Do you know what they do to apear so beautiful to our eyes?

They burn inside out for their whole lifetime,

And despite their pain, they still shine every night.

How I wish something could come out of my misery,

And why do only the stars get magnificence out of their suffering?

Why is our pain so ugly and theirs something we all envy?

You wonder why I hold the stars in such contempt?

It is because they never answered these questions,

They never told me what they did to deserve such beauty."
