starring at the sun...

...so long.

"staring at the sun" jason alan

stirring the cauldron

with the sky and the universe inside

sleepless nights

and cold showers to wash away the desire

the boyfriend becomes the boyfoe

before the night is over

dreams of paradise

while the bed is on fire

from how he hurt

one lover roasting marshmallows

over the other

divine guidance shapes the unfinished home,

razing it, just in time, too soon

meeting destiny halfway

with all the ducks in neatly filed rows

business as usual,

to be stood on

start feeling it now,

the auspicious flow of the seventh house

from the aspect made together

write that novel story of a life

but live it before it is over

money makes the world go

round in dizzy circles

spiraling out of control

how many eyes can be an asset

starring at the sun

so long

he will be checking in again

for the last time

as it is eclipsed

almost never shown,

a time that allows the dark side of emotions

emphasizing the healing path

and always keep looking forward
