Nothing I say,
Ever makes you stay.
In the mirror I look at you,
Yet whatever I do,
It’s never enough.
Do I love,
Eyes that see me?
Do I know,
The person worthy of love?
Not recognising,
What I’m right now.
Whenever I lie,
I’m still fond of me.
