Stardust Serenade

A celestial love story…

By Kenneth cruzPublished about a year ago 1 min read

She reached up to the night and embraced the heavens.

Kissed the sky and asked God why.

She couldn't find a love worthy of her spirit so divine.

He said give him time.

Then she found him in the dark.

There was an instant spark.

She was the moon, her light radiant enough to illuminate the blackness of space

With each kiss a new star found its place.

At first when she found him, he was faint.

Together they painted cosmos, as their souls danced.

Their cosmic connection a super nova, leaving both entranced.

It took time to bring him out the vastness of the void above.

Devoured by the bleak black opaque worm hole that had consumed him long before.

He had forgotten how to love, but she could touch his very core.

It was something he could not ignore.

Their moments together he adored.

One day he decided he could be away no more.

With a final kiss her moonlight entered his abyss, and now fueled by their love the moon and the stars exist.
