Stand When No One Claps
They’ll Only Care When You Cross the Finish Line
By Hazrat Usman UsmanPublished 6 months ago • 1 min read

They said
they believed in me.
But they only showed up
after the crowd did.
When I failed
silence.
When I cried
empty chairs.
When I broke
no one flinched.
I learned
the world doesn’t love
the fallen.
It celebrates
the risen.
So I got up.
Not for applause.
Not for praise.
But because
pain taught me
to stand
alone.
They didn’t care
when I bled.
Didn’t ask
why I vanished.
Didn’t knock
when the lights stayed off.
But when I won?
They smiled.
They cheered.
They posted me
like they never doubted.
Here’s the truth:
No one cares
until you win.
So get up.
Keep swinging.
Make them notice
when it's too late
to claim you.
