I rage, I rage, I fall, I fight

red hot with anger, I will make this right

In a world full of hatred I dare to be a light

orange embers burn out, I stand up with all my might

Because of who we love we are belittled, harassed, and attacked

the yellow rays of her sunlight have always kept me intact

some still choose to oppose our love, the odds are always stacked

growths of green are showing through where the ashes all have cracked

I stand, I rise, I won’t give in, and this sets me apart

the blue you've imprinted inside of me won't ever reach my heart

our voices hoarse from screaming our truth, our pain, our art

like indigo we've all been misunderstood right from the start

Until the day that I leave this Earth, I refuse to surrender

Let violets bloom inside your soul and show that love isn't based on gender
