Each room I paint, has a connection to me.
The den of grey and beige is where I love to read
The kitchen painted yellow and blue.
From baking to family dinner, fun times too.
The relaxation of a bathroom of white.
Bubble baths, wine, relaxation at night.
The study of sparkling green.
The crawl space dark as can be, where I hit my head and scream.
Splish Splash the laundry swirls around and around.
Needs to be painted and changed of the ugly dark brown
Rooms in your home connect to who you are.
Just like the colour you choose buying a new car.
I find shimmering shades makes one look rich.
While the boldest of orange makes you want to twitch.
Then as we connect ourselves to colours all around.
Equality to all is always found.
No personality, nor size or age.
Creates a person on any colourful page.
The depths of colours and the impact on one.
As for myself would be the rainbow, a pot of gold, yes you have won.
The ability to freedom to one and all.
No matter who you are, you will never fall.
I identify colour with every land and place.
The remarkable beauty found on every face.
My colourful life and what I do.
The blessing of just knowing you.

At the age of 7, I became an author. I am an international writer with many authors; all royalties went to cancer patients without insurance. I used to write to cope, but now I write to bring others hope.
