No ceiling near; the pure high air is fat,

Glide silently near clouds without a sigh,

A neon world below your weary cat,

You cannot hope to know until you cry,

Your life's a bore; absorb the gentle trust,

Try your luck and chance, the rewards are nice

Your life's a chore; believe in the black lust

Buy a new romance and kiss them all twice

Nobody sees the shining heart within,

The crumbs of love locked in a fancy cage,

Now leave behind a life that's closing in,

Open the book of bondage; turn the page,

Your silver locket dazzles through the night,

Sky high, never surrender in your flight.
