Speaking Up Is Hard To Do

Have you ever felt something

but kept it bottled inside?

Sometimes that’s okay—

and other times, it cuts deep.

There’s a difference between letting go

and silencing yourself.

We all disagree.

We all hurt.

Sometimes, we need help.

And that’s okay.

Because asking for help

is a kind of bravery too.

So I encourage you—

Speak up,

even when it’s hard.

Speak up,

even when the room feels empty.

Speak up,

even when doubt says don’t.

Speak up,

even when you don’t feel worthy.

Speak up—

because your voice matters.

Because we need you.

Because silence should never

be stronger than love.
