Upon the twilight stage my soul takes flight,

A silver wand ignites with starry flame.

The world is caught between the dark and light,

And every heartbeat whispers out my name.

The shadows stretch, their whispers sharp and deep,

They coil around my trembling, fragile will.

Yet in my chest, a vow I swore to keep,

A gentle glow that time cannot distill.

But lo! At dawn a turn within my sight,

The sorrow bends and shapes a brighter hue.

For even grief is crowned with hidden light,

A truth the stars above already knew.

So let me fight where moon and sun align,
