Sometimes, I fight

Sometimes, I fight,

not because I know that I’ll always win,

but because I want the other person to value “the win” that they’ve got.

If I fight with all my heart and soul,

and I still lose, any given battle,

at least I can rest well, knowing that I gave all that I had before I died.

I like this. A poem of humility and strength. A motivation not to win but to let another value their win. To be able to rest well even though you've lost, knowing that you gave your all. Is the best way to win. To win is to lose after giving our all. Wow. Very inspirational and powerful. Outstanding work, I will leave feeling a lot better and with a direction. Thank you kind human. For sharing yourself with us, along with your wisdom 🤗❤️
