The sun found its way to setting

right before we found our way

And knowing where we were heading

we began to feel a afraid

You see, binging supernatural

seemed like a fun way to spend our time

Until our minds became irrational

and our fears began to climb

Noises that once were soothing

now were more like ticking clocks

And although we kept on moving

it was clear that we were lost

Deep in the dark, cold forest

with nobody else around

I began to feel embarrassed

and nervously made farting sounds

It's a condition I was born with

though, till now, nobody knew

I kept it hidden like a locksmith

but now the air, it smelled like poo

Afraid they would leave me stranded

I let on that it was Ruth

I was not going to be branded

the man who nervously blew toots

I know that I should be ashamed

but there are times to put me first

Ruth insisted she was framed

but the next few were the worst

By the time we reached the river

they simply pushed her in

And as we stood and watched her shiver

I was fighting off a grin

Feeling that I was off the hook

I mistakenly let my guard down

That's when I let one that really shook

with no one else to blame around

We made it to the clearing

just before the sun came up

I could tell that Ruth was sneering

but I couldn't help myself

I apologized for my behavior

and before she walked away

She took a hit on her inhaler

then smacked me squarely in the face

So, here's a tip for you who laughed

and found this dilima pretty funny

I hope one day that you get trapped

with a pants full of something runny
