
What can we even say during this time? They asked.
Something beautiful. She responded.
We can only say something lovely, something that shines and sounds like waterfalls. Something that flows and drips and drops with steady grace.
The world has slowed down to the gentle pace of a clock ticking the seconds away and thus our breath slows with it.
What can we even do? They plea
We can sit. She said.
We can sit and lay but also dance and twirl. We can listen. Truly, deeply, listen. To our bodies, to our loved ones, to the Earth as she's showing us a new way.
Because this is a new thing. We've never been here before and it will change how we move forward. But we move forward none-the-less with gratitude and peace.
And we sing in that silence, and we sleep in that silence, and we wake another day to greet whatever it has to give.
