There's something about karma

That makes me careful what

I wish for and say to people

Random thoughts

*

The year has gone so fast

I still miss you and I don't

Think anyone will ever cherish

Me like you did

*

Somebody came close and

He's a lot like you, but I

Would never admit that

To many people.

*

Then I slow down and

Return to my senses

I have forgotten your touch

Only the future is left

And you're not in it

This is tender and honest. Some loves stay with us quietly, even as we move forward.
