Some Time For You

a poem

By free manPublished 2 years ago 1 min read

Some time to you, some water to the trees

Some wind for the crescent moon, something for the words.

The rest is some lights gave to neon and fairy tales

Some plums gave the horizontal and vertical branches. Some rivers

Gave the well water. Some jade gave the eaves and broke them.

Some windows gave to walls, some walls gave to ears

Some beans gave the front of the house.

Some rain gave the festivals, some labor gave the non-laborers

Some ladders came up and down gave the parsnips and persimmons

Some cats calling some cats through the spring gave the afterlife

and memories. Some aches and pains gave teeth and backs respectively

Some birds gave dusk and dusk gave some singing
