Snowfall, Nebula, Healing

three poems

By T GalePublished 4 years ago 1 min read

Snowfall

The crumpled leaves flying

past my window turned

to larger snowflakes

and the falling had more intention.

My heart chased after many desires until I stopped to watch them all fall, together filling the sky

with everything I wanted.

Nebula

Sime kind of imbalance is behind every transformation. ~ Marcelo Gleiser, physicist and astronomer

Love flames forth — all the channels wide, illuminated.

Note the kindness in all that seems to have gone wrong:

deliberate pathways

into something imagined while you prayed.

Healing

The true part, the moment you felt the earth back under your feet.

The long lift of each vertebrae and all the blood that rushed in where the bones sighed and considered one another.

The sun revealed a new path: something for the feet to touch and the spine to sway over.

The past receded with the truth of your best efforts. The same muscles will make miracles of what’s to come.
