The gentle snow
falls
with my
hopes
to the
ground
in slow mo
they crash
and rarely
ever
made a sound
It all
disappears
before I
can get
turned around
A snow globe
of sorts
when it's turned
upside down
And...
this is all
that we've learned
about living
The swirl of
the water
as a ripple begins
We swim in
the ocean
without
any fins
We plan
to get off
before
the ride
comes
to an end
And...
this is all
that we've
learned
about living.
This is all
that we've
learned
about living.
Don't you
think
that it's
time to
start
living

Love how the way you formatted the poem seemed to match the words. As I scrolled through reading the poem, I felt like I was following along with the snow in slow motion. Also, very insightful message!
Quite the provoking poem.
I'm with Randy on this one. It's just too exhausting, lol!
Keep up the good work!
I appreciate this greatly, Kelli, though personally I think I'm just too tired anymore. But for you my wish is, go for the gusto!
Indeed.
