A curve of joy upon the face.
It lights the eyes, a gentle gleam,
The world may frown, may darken so,
But in this smile, a soft glow grows.
It hides the pain, it masks the doubt,
A shield that keeps the shadows out.
Each smile a thread in life’s grand weave,
A tapestry of what we believe.
Though hearts may ache, and tears may fall,
For in that curve, a strength is found,
A quiet courage and deep, profound.
