What would a world look like that nourished joy? What would small talk be like? What would the headlines in the newspapers read? What would the tabloids write about? Would anyone read them?

In relationships, would people ask for what they want, and nourish each other with love and compassion? Would adults listen to children to make sure they have all the tools they need to grow up strong, without any extra suffering?

Would anyone go hungry?

What would it look like if we prioritized community gathering spaces? Would we have community kitchens where people come together and share all kinds of nourishment? Would we open our open spaces so everyone who wanted a garden, or a park, or a tree-house could have one? Would we still have to worry about getting sued?

What would our towns look like if windows were filled with signs worth reading? What if they were nourishing, and inspiring, and supported us dreaming our biggest dreams? What if everything we saw and read gave us permission to be the authentic one in our hearts?

What if we kept in mind we are hurtling through space together? Would there be any stranger-danger?

What would life look like if our dreams had never been squashed by anyone, or we'd never been asked to contain our childhood exuberance? What would it look like if we'd never been told there was a “right” way of doing things? What would be possible outside of this box we're squashed in?

What would life look like if we knew that we were wanted and lovable and visible and worthy, and everything else we sometimes feared we might not be? What if we knew we belonged, and were good enough and smart enough and strong enough, and that we were never really alone?

What if we knew “growing-up” wasn’t something we do and then stop doing? What would a society look like that supported life-long learning for everyone who wanted to? What if people with acquired wisdom and a passion for teaching got to teach, and people with a passion for learning got to learn, and together we unlock all the secrets of the universe?

What if the light from our brilliance was always accepted and never squashed by people fearing illumination?

What would it look like if we all shone so brightly the light eclipsed all the darkness in all of the hearts all over the world?

What would be possible inside of that light?

Would there be any war?
