Sleepless, Soporific, Sojourn searching salary
Safe. since seeing said spoils. swift Storms subdued
Said Storms stubbed simply swiftly, Strife sets soon.
starting. stopping. starting. Sapping. sequentially, Sickly
Scrutinizing standards, spreading Sorrows sincerely. Stunning
So so so. So, sustaining… Some. see. some.
serene scenery, stunningly superb.
Selfishly see, Slovenly study, Sequaciously supervise
Surroundings strident Struggles soundlessly sound.
Seeming seams seen Splitting, say so secret, say so sloth Solecism
Sloth strike sloths, Separation spreading, sole solitude so subsisting
Sink sink sink. Sinking Sphere,… Some. see. some.
So Sentenced. So Settled. So Slayed. Sunset?
Skull Smiles shakes. Shouts, Sun Shall Still Soar.
scraps stifled. scoffs silent. Symphonic Sonorous Songs Survive.
See sheared spats separating. See separations so Sheer.
Self subtractions, stave suicides, Sanctioned Selves Sustained
Self, self, shifts Selves, Soul, soul, shifts Souls
Synchronizing Sloths Standing… Sum, see, Sum… Sum

The Omnipotent Window
The outside world was unknown to her, but she could see a glimpse of it through the window in his room. The room was his but it was her that never left. Bound by fear of not knowing what there was to fear, her addiction was the stories told to her by the window’s visitors behind the glass. They came to speak to her about the monsters and terrors that lurked beyond the walls. She sat all day and all night soaking in all the stories the visitors had to offer. They spoke in a language of us and them. “We the good, all the others the evil.”

A Dart at Dusk
Seconds ago, the sullen sun set on the two of us… my exuberant furry companion and me. A fresh breeze embraces us, delivering welcome relief from the day’s oppressive heat. His typical stumbling and staggering along — apace with a sloth — has turned into trip-trapping, high-stepping, almost skipping along.
