Judges faces beam,
at the singing, sparring team.
In the ring,
falsettos, ready to bring.
Lyrics of “Lovely,” wafting,
audience’s attention, applause agreeing.
Fingers grip,
finale to ship
one into the next round,
will a new superstar be found?
They are both so stunning,
it’s no surprise they’re both in the running.
Heart’s pushing passion past,
vocal chords dancing, daredevil-fast!
Can’t they just produce a hot album?
So, all can enjoy the sound of them?
Some voices just blend like perfectly pressed peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
They sing with soulful, lit up languages.
