Sing Me a Rainbow

... or: "Air Waves"

By Dorothea LangevinPublished 5 years ago 1 min read

Sing Me a R a i n b o w

… or: “Air Waves”

If you’ve ever wanted to chase a rainbow… Sing!

If you’ve ever wished to step into its shower of hues… Sing!

If you’ve ever wondered what its color spectrum might sound like… Sing!

For Rainbows are

Air Waves

made visible in spectrums of an

Infinite Prismatic Kaleidoscope.

Bridging Rays from Red to Violet

Pulsing and Singing

their ancient, timeless song

in stunningly beautiful frequency:

430 - 750 THz for the human eye to marvel at

in keys of G4 to F5 for our pleas-ed ear to hear.

A Symphony of Brilliant Light!

A Magical Portal

for the imagination and

the heart

to enter into worlds

beyond the seen and understood.

So,

If you’ve ever wanted to chase a rainbow… Sing!

If you’ve ever wished to step into its shower of hues… Sing!

If you’ve ever wondered what its color spectrum might sound like… Sing!

About the Creator

Dorothea Langevin

Until about 10 years ago I would have never considered myself a writer. I started out with poetry. Out of necessity. I needed an outlet to process - life.

Oh, I always had stories in my head. Only now are they coming out into the light.
