To be a man ain't always simple

For the one that walks the temple

Shattered and scattered threw plain sight

Hold the book open for the night

Is to shed light on the one up above

For its images threw ur soul love

Crumbled and brought down by shame

Im in a since the only one to blame

For the mind takes over the walking ways

I miss the light of simple days

For the night i walk along the darkness

For my Tangled legs and mind feel harness

It's a example out of emotion I can't turn away

For its a simple day and night I pray

That helps me fight off them demons

For you would think i have my own reasons

To glide into another state of mind

For one outlook I'm still one of a kind

Steering threw waves of feelings

For the rod's I'm not reeling's

I'm just in a thought caught in a trans

Cuz damn Daniel where you get them vans

To be honest is to show it still might hurt

Good evening from Ernie I'm Burt

Time to lose focus and rip off my shirt

Channel my feelings threw power and will

For the pain you don't see I'm still climbing that hill

To a place I might belong

On that note let me end this song

For crispy food in my mouth

I'm still focusing on heading south

When I part ways from my chains

For in time Il figure out my gains
