It hurts to see your several painful wounds

A hundred vicious cuts that make no sounds

They hide, insidious, 'neath your stoic smile

They burrow in, perfidious with their guile

Your life has grown from loss to greater loss

And now the roads to come will surely cross

But who is there to catch a falling star?

And how will you keep safe from falling far?

Well you were born with sharp industrious mind

And blessed with a heart that's always kind

So others take advantage of your truth

They cheat your honour, trivialize your couth

I have just one suggestion of my own

For God's sake do not tackle this alone.
