What do I do when there’s nothing left to say?

I have thoughts;

But not ones to share.

So many doubts creep in my mind;

And all of my thoughts,

Start to unwind.

Saying the wrong thing,

That’s what I fear;

That’s why my silence,

Is the only thing you hear.

Knowledge of what to say is what I lack;

I wonder if I can ever answer back.

My heart knows what it feels;

As does my head;

But the time does not,

Allow it to be said.

My thoughts run out;

And my thoughts run out of thoughts;

So give me time to think.
