Slip away from the sounds that man has made; for in the silence of the ear, the mind screams

Instead, quiet the mind by filling the ears with the

Luscious laughter of the birds, the beauty of the spoken word bellowed by the bullfrogs’ song, the never-

Ending refrain of the crickets’ chorus, the swishing swaying of the grass on the breeze; the crackling

Nuances of a fire as it rustles with the wind, pierced by cry of lonely loon or that which howls at the moon, the

Catharses of a river as it crashes over falls, the calmness of a lapping lake on a rocky shore, in the

Ethereal peace, your mind finds the silence it needs and at last you are able to hear your soul speak
