an acrostic

silent reckoning

Seductive is the void where stillness reigns

I have everything to lose, yet more to gain

Lies and truths are only spilled in vain

Even past stories of struggle and pain are

Nothing more than dust in the vast great plain

Clarity has now eased all strain

Ending all wars; there is no one left to blame
