Silence

or the sublime in mute

Stoically, I march forward

In raw terror and sheer delight

Listening intently to the nature that surrounds me

Enticed by its siren song

No more, I beg, please spare me. But life gifts me no response. 'Til I am

Cradled by the void that surrounds me

Encapsulated within its eternal providence

For Funnature poetry
