Sibling Rivalry

A Rollercoaster Relationship With Love

I loved you to the moon and back

When you first came home

Then your feet began to roam

Your hands reached and grabbed

You broke my chocolate heart

My heart faltered

"Mom! Why'd you create this monster?"

"Be nice. Practice sharing your chocolate this Valentine's Day."

Hmmmm, maybe not!

Haha, I love the humor and playful twist in this one! It captures the mix of love, frustration, and the reality of parenting (or maybe sibling rivalry) in a really fun way. The chocolate heart line is especially clever!
