She rather hides

Silence(d)

She rather hides in the lies she once told

Immaculate, oh how divine she is, so perfect, so self-controlled

Left to her struggles yet no one knows

Eventually, she adapted to this perception of hers

Needless to say, it was never her understanding but only theirs

Counting the days until it all unfolds, when she can finally breathe in relief once the silence gets broken

Endless truths can finally be spoken and sleeping desires can eventually be woken

About the Creator

Jess S

One day I will be myself again,

and this darkness might come to an end,

and all doubt will cease,

and all strength will rise.

One day my tainted memories will be left behind,

and I will be able to see the world through a clear lens.
