Shame on the world...
It is not fare...climing on my yonger sister's back to get some food from the trash...

Shame on the world, for making her climb
On her younger sister's back, time after time
To search for scraps, in the trash and muck
A little girl, forced to scavenge for luck
It's a cruel fate, that she must endure
While others waste, without a second thought or cure
But she soldiers on, with strength and grit
Climbing on her sister's back, to never quit
She digs and searches, for something to eat
Hunger pains, a constant beat
It's a hard life, but she carries on
Enduring the struggle, until dawn
So let's not turn away, and pretend not to see
The suffering and struggle, of those in need
For we can all do better, if we try
To lift up the less fortunate, and never deny
The power of kindness, the strength of love
A helping hand, from those above
And maybe one day, we can finally break
The cycle of poverty, and all its ache.
