In the quiet dusk, where whispers play,

I wander through shadows of yesterday.

Memories drift in the twilight’s glow,

Echoes of moments from long ago.

Silhouettes dance on the walls of time,

Fading footprints, a silent rhyme.

Voices murmur in the evening breeze,

Carrying tales from old memories.

The laughter of friends now far apart,

The tender beats of a first love’s heart.

Tears that fell in sorrow’s embrace,

Smiles that time cannot erase.

Golden sunsets of days long past,

Reflections in the ripples cast.

Dreams once woven in the starry night,

Flicker and fade in the fading light.

Yet in these shadows, a solace found,

A gentle peace, a silent sound.

For every shadow holds a story dear,

A touch of the past, forever near.

So I linger in the dusk’s embrace,

Tracing shadows of yesterday’s grace.

In the quiet, I find my way,

Through the shadows of yesterday.
